In 2013, I wanted to explore Stephen Harper as my subject again. This time I wanted his portrait to disturb the viewer with less shock then the original series of six that included three nudes.
His image is disturbing to most already, so I presented my viewers with this regal but half exposed more handsome half smile gaze staring you down from a elevated height.
Presented in the collective exhibition "Reflections" in 2013, viewers were amused, disgusted, and left unsure whether my motivation was for or against him.
